General Production Worker – 1st Shift


Location: Dallas, TX 75236

Pay Rate: $15/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Description:

We’re currently seeking dependable and hands-on General Production Workers to join our team! In this role, you will assist with a variety of production line tasks, including packaging, moving materials, supporting assembly operations, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic manufacturing or warehouse experience who are ready to grow with a team-oriented company.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed materials into production equipment

• Open foam materials as part of product prep

• Package finished products according to company standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas (5S standards)

• Support general assembly tasks as needed

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently (positions available for material feeding, foam opening, and packing)

• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on skills

• Strong attention to detail and awareness of workplace organization (5S)

• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
