Job responsibilities and expectations include, but are not limited to:

• Carry out a quality check upon the completion of each service to ensure all areas are clean and have a show-ready appearance
• Chandelier polishing using a Teflon product and a microfiber towel
• Complete training for Aerial and Scissor lifts
• Determine proper cleaning methods for each service
• Gutter cleaning
• Implement the company mission, vision, and values
• Maintain an organized workspace to prevent accidents inside and outside a client's residence
• Perform routine maintenance on all equipment
• Pressure washing using commercial grade pressure washers
• Safely use ladders up to 32 feet
• Train and coach new hires
• Window cleaning using water-fed poles or the traditional method using soap and squeegees
• Work with customers throughout the work order to provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

• Clear background, no felonies or misdemeanors ( no exceptions )
• Comfortable with heights ( Mandatory)
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum of three years of experience
• Valid driver's license

Compensation: $900.00 - $1,700.00 per week
