We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team! 

 

-Pay is based on commission but will be $70k- $100k a year

-Must be proficient with Microsoft programs

- give the final approval for loans

-Work with sales 

-Have to have 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting

-Bachelors Required 

 

Strong experience in accrual accounting, general ledger reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation

- Proficient in regulatory reporting requirements

- Sound understanding of business development strategies and financial analysis techniques

- Solid background in financial accounting and reporting

- Technical accounting expertise is highly desirable

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

 

 

-8:00am- 5:00pm Mon- Friday but will work occasional Saturdays
