Maintenance Technician – Memphis, TN
Pay: $15–$19/hr (based on experience)
Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift:

• Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (for 2 weeks)
• Regular Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-known hospitality property in Memphis. This position plays a vital role in keeping the facility safe, clean, and fully operational for guests and staff. If you have hands-on experience in general maintenance, electrical, and plumbing work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical and plumbing systems
• Clean, service, and troubleshoot HVAC and AC units
• Assist with painting, wall repairs, and wallpaper installations
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment
• Respond quickly to urgent repair needs to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience is required (hotel/hospitality experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of basic plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Must be bilingual (English required; Spanish a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
