Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Room Housekeepers to join our client’s housekeeping team in Memphis, TN. Ideal candidates will have previous hotel housekeeping or janitorial experience and be committed to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, change bed linens, and make beds daily

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, dust, mop, and empty trash

• Replenish supplies such as towels, tissue, and soap

• Provide turndown service when requested

• Clean kitchen areas, including appliances and dishes

• Report maintenance or repair issues to Executive Housekeeper

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist guests as needed

• Perform additional cleaning duties throughout hotel as required

Requirements:

• Previous hotel housekeeping or janitorial experience required

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for long periods, stoop, reach, and climb stairs

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Good communication and customer service abilities

• Must be flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

• Uniform required; must maintain neat and clean personal appearance

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
