Description

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 

· Monitor and answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails

· Schedule crews by area with correct timing

· Distribute thank you cards and various mailings

· Schedule new estimates and recurring clients

· Conduct quality control calls

· Organize and create SOPs as needed

· Monitor and track company programs (referrals, awards)

· Wash and dry towels daily, maintain office cleaning

· Receive deliveries

· Seasonal special projects

· Purchase office supplies

 

Requirements:

· Must be eligible to work in the United States

· Must complete a background screening including credit check

· Must have a high school diploma

· Must have two-years clerical experience

· Must know Microsoft word, excel, e-mail

· PowerPoint and google sheet knowledge is a plus

· Must speak fluent English with high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette, no slang.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 hourly rate, based on experience

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch from 12-1

 

This is a small office environment where someone needs to be able to work independently and sometimes alone in the office. This position will assist both owners with administrative duties that can include filing, typing, organizing, purchases, communications and directives to crews. We are hoping to find an individual who will grow with the company.
